X Guest reviews Disappointing Experience - Not Friendly and definitely not family friendly. We've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels around the world, and have never felt less welcome. Instead of being treated as valued guests, we were made to feel like problems to be managed. This hotel is simply not suited for families. In fact, my advice to management would be to market it as adults-only, not that I would have been impressed if we had just been there as a couple. Listing a pool as a feature when it can only be accessed by prior booking for a single hour is misleading - whether you're travelling as a couple or a family. To make matters worse, there are no drinks served by the pool, removing any sense of holiday relaxation. The pool staff were unfriendly and overly officious. (Our kids age 11 & 14, are ridiculously well behaved, (sometimes I have to encourage them to live a little bit) the staff kept asking them where we are, when we were on a sun lounger less than 5 meters away. The reality seems to be that the spa and pool facilities are far too small for the number of guests and suites. Our room wasn't set up- sofa bed with no sheets or duvet provided, and we were told they would have to sleep without one because housekeeping had already closed. Following complaint they resolved this but it was very disappointing. Food was average and my husband suffered after eating the prawns from the cedar salad.

Very nice hotel with EV-charging facilities, a decent gym and a good restaurant. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Only 2 minus points, being the spa closing already at 20h and only being able to pay with a credit card. Very friendly staff too.

Overpriced. Black hairs on shower floor. They gave us a queen bed, instead of king (like we ordered & have email confirmation for). They said they give us continental breakfast & then tried to charge us $29 each the next morning. They said easy access to train but if was difficult to find & then ticket machine did not work. Bad experience & when we complained, they said we could move our stuff into a different room with king bed for our 2nd night, but we could not cancel, we would lose money. At end of 2 days, they said they could’ve helped us change rooms. Save your money & go elsewhere.

Great place!! Location site and hotel are great. Since it's new they still have some things to get better at. No ice bucket in the room. Not sure why charge 15 euros to get 2 glass of champagne serve to your room lol

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in apartment 6004 from April 19-21. Beautiful modern design and delicious cuisine - breakfasts and dinners. But our stay was ruined by the fact that the room was cold 17.5 degrees. We called the reception and informed them about it. When we returned in the evening the room was cold, we realized that the heating was not working. We contacted them the next day, they set the temperature on the sensor to 28, we realized that the heating system was not working. In general, we contacted them 3 times and asked to bring a warm blanket since the blanket was only on one of the beds (the women at the reception said that it will be done), but the housekeeping never brought it. My daughter had to sleep in her clothes . In addition, one time when we returned to the room, the window on the first floor was wide open, apparently after the housekeeping came.
